Looking for Experts on Fundamental Rights
Eurasia Social Change is looking for consultants interested to contribute to a Technical Assistance project to
strengthen coordination in the Fundamentals Rights sector in Turkey.
If you have at least 5 years’ professional experience in the field of Fundamental Rights, which cover the rights related to Human Dignity, Freedoms, Equality, Solidarity, Citizen Rights and Justice, and an interest to work with us on this exciting new project, we would like to hear from you. The project, based in Ankara, is expected to start in the autumn and will run for 2 years.

Minimum Requirements for Key Positions:
Team Leader
-
At least Master's degree in law, fundamental rights, international relations, public administration, political sciences or equivalent. In the absence of required degree, the expert will have equivalent professional experience of at least 11 years in the fundamental rights sector;

At least B2 level of English as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the fundamental rights sector;

At least 3 project experiences in a managerial position such as Team Leader, Project Manager or equivalent;

5 experiences in policy or strategy development related to fundamental rights;

Experience with an international human rights body;

Working experience with the Council of Europe will be an asset
Capacity Building Expert

At least Master's degree in law, human rights, fundamental rights, international relations, public administration, political sciences or equivalent. In the absence of required degree, the expert will have equivalent professional experience of at least 9 years in the fundamental rights sector;

At least B2 level of English as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the fundamental rights sector;

Minimum 3 experiences in the organisation and/or planning of trainings related to fundamental rights.
